Ibis Debates at the University of Miami

2015 — FL/US

Hello!

The University of Miami Debate Team and the School of Communication invite you to the Ibis Debates held at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida on Saturday, December 5, 2015!

The Ibis Debates is a high school policy debate tournament on the 2015-16 Surveillance topic: “Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially curtail its domestic surveillance.” The tournament will offer 4 rounds in the Varsity & Novice divisions.

This is a free tournament that the University of Miami Debate Team is offering as a service to the community. We will provide breakfast, lunch and awards, both for top teams and speakers.

While the UM is proud to offer a lot of judging, every qualified judge that you can bring will help us out tremendously.

We hope you will join us!

Sincerely,

David Steinberg and Patrick Waldinger
